Matin-Belle is a unique, spacious, old-style five bedroom holiday home, with a hand built luxury kitchen and furniture. And, large comfortable living room containing a wooden bar area in the shape of a boat. It also has gas central heating, conservatory, bathroom, shower room, three toilets and spacious off-road parking. The house is situated in a quiet road in Old Minigaff a few miles from the Forest.

There is a secure area for maintenance storage of bikes. I'm able to provide a choice of top-quality hire bikes through my association with a local bike shop (G. & G. Cycles).

Matin-Belle is about two miles from the amazing Kirroughtree bike trails and I can show people some of the best ways to make a start on enjoying them.

There is a small wash area outside with running water.
