The Murray Arms Hotel stands just at the beginning of the main street in Gatehouse of Fleet, a pretty town in the heart of Galloway, and right on the picturesque coastal road. The town is in a National Trust Conservation Area, surrounded by unspoilt landscapes and perfect cycling country. The hotel is only 15 mins drive from Kirroughtree Forest Trailhead and also on the national cycle route 7.  The hotel is open all year round.

The restaurant serves locally sourced fresh produce all day and is ideal when you come in from an exhausting afternoon ride, there are also bars and a cosy sitting room for guests. There is an alarmed stone built lock-up and maintenance area.
